Product description
2000W LD Laser Cleaning Machine
A new generation of technologically advanced, intelligent surface cleaning products that use high-energy, high-frequency laser beams for scanning to remove dirt. The machine is easy to install and operate. It features various contamination removal modes, which can be switched directly by the user without the need for parameter adjustments. Cleaning parameters can be saved for future use. Due to its efficiency, safety, reliability, and environmental friendliness, laser cleaning is considered a replacement for traditional cleaning tools! It cleans surfaces without damaging the substrate - a problem with traditional tools.
Main Features:
Cleaning through light: Where a laser beam can be used, it can clean surfaces. Non-contact 360° cleaning, automatic focus adjustment, applicable to curved surfaces, and cleaning of various complex angles through the ablation process.
Wide range of cleaning applications, no damage to the substrate: Can be used for cleaning dust, rust, paint, coatings, dirt, etc. Thermal shocks and mechanical loads on the treated object are minimal and do not damage non-ferrous metals.
Efficient cleaning and no pollution: High-power laser cleaning with high cleaning speed. Waste from cleaning can be recycled without polluting the environment.
Easy to learn and operate: You can easily master the operating skills within 1 hour. During cleaning, simply aim the cleaning head at the part that needs cleaning.
Simple maintenance and long life: No consumables required. Routine maintenance can be performed within 5 minutes. The laser has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours, stable quality, and good reliability.
Water cooling in a smaller housing: The device uses a dual-temperature/independent control water cooler, which operates more stably. Although the machine is reduced by 20% compared to the previous model, it takes up less space in the factory and provides better mobility.

Continuous Wave Lasers Features:
Excellent cleaning performance at low power. Environmental and humidity requirements are not high. Can be used in challenging environmental conditions, from mixed chambers to rainy days outdoors. No need for shielding gas or high-purity drying agent. Simplified and optimized cleaning process. Relatively low cost. The lower efficiency of continuous wave lasers can be compensated by using high-power lasers compared to pulsed lasers. Suitable for cleaning large steel structures, pipes, and other industrial branches. Rapid heat dissipation.
Pulsed Laser or Continuous Wave Laser?
Experiments show that both continuous wave and pulsed lasers can remove paint from material surfaces and achieve a cleaning effect. Under the same power conditions, the cleaning efficiency of pulsed lasers is significantly higher than that of continuous wave lasers. At the same time, pulsed lasers can better control heat flow to prevent excessive substrate temperatures or micro-melting. Continuous wave lasers have a price advantage and can compensate for performance gaps compared to pulsed lasers by using high-power lasers, but high-power continuous wave lasers cause greater heat input and more substrate damage. Therefore, there are fundamental differences between them in application scenarios. High precision, the need for strict substrate heating control, and application scenarios that require the substrate to be non-destructive, such as molds and injection molds, suggest choosing a pulsed laser. For some large steel structures, pipes, etc., due to their large volume and rapid heat dissipation, substrate damage requirements are not high, and continuous wave lasers can be chosen.
